Why haven't we named more of our stands after former legends?

Just seen that West Ham have named one of their stands after Billy Bond.

And I'm wondering why we haven't named the North, East and South stands after any of our former legends yet. Perhaps we're waiting for enough time to pass after this current crop retires? I feel like naming a stand after, say, Franny Lee, would mean that one day it would have to be renamed if we wanted to dedicate it to Kompany.

I think naming the North Stand after Sergio Aguero one day would be suitable, given that he scored his most famous goal in front it.

South Stand should be called the Bert Trautmann Stand
North Stand should be called the 93:20 Stand
East Stand should be called the Kippax Stand or the Maine Stand

I don't know ask the several previous threads on this and statues, might have the answer
