What I'd like to know is does he state what percentage?

I really wish City fans would stop engaging with journalists pushing the der Spiegel stories. I see a lot of personal attacks on journalists pushing the story of which Syed is the latest. It puts those peddling the story as victims of online abuse.

City won’t respond other than the standard statement. We neither confirm or deny because to do either causes us problems. If UEFA or the FA ask us to comment on the allegations we won’t.

I say ignore the story. It will keep raising its head but it’s a clear attempt at damaging City’s reputation that is unlikely to lead to sanctions.

In truth no one knows what is or isn’t true in the der Spiegel stories. City are unlikely to litigate as any defamation action will in fact by a trial of the truth of the emails themselves.

The emails would appear to be illegally obtained and as long that is the case then it’s very difficult for us to be punished.

Ignore the journalists pushing it. They want a reaction. They want clicks. They want a response. Don’t give it to them and eventually this will blow over.

Probably 12-13% of overall income at the very most next year when the Puma deal kicks in.

We have 24 global Partners of which 4 are Abu Dhabi-based (Etihad, Etisalat, Aabar & Visit Abu Dhabi). We have 13 Regional Partners of which one (First Abu Dhabi Bank) is Abu Dhabi-based. So that's 5 out of 37, which is 13.5% and therefore pretty much in line with the financial numbers.

PSG took it to the CAS and complained so UEFA are snookered there for the moment, but there's never been the same pressure on UEFA from the established clubs to do something about PSG, as they weren't threatening any major clubs European spots. Then they took Neymar from Barca and things changed.
