FA Cup Semi Final draw - Brighton

I’m away that weekend, is it on the bbc? Not had a telly for 15 years , but there is a tv in the cottage I am staying at :)

When do we find out if Saturday or Sunday - Im travelling down for this one from Inverness ?

Just get into London for 08.30 Saturday morning and leave lunchtime Monday.

If we get to the final and play Wolves we are going to need all our players fit including Mendy. Wolves are a fast attacking team and are Hungary to win something. After the amount of games we will have played by that time it will be a very tough game

Two weeks on Thursday knowing the FA, should be Saturday as we got spurs following Tuesday and assume tea time kick off but can't book owt as don't trust those in charge

Thanks - Its not easy to get down and back from Inverness - in fact its a fecking nightmare - I could have a week in the sun for the same price, but holiday fund goes out the window - Im coming down for this AND the Final

City should put on free travel to Wembley and put on a shit load of coaches and trains (if they can do that?)

Affording all these games is a real push for many fans and I think it would be a great bit of publicity

but it is down there and nothing we can do about it, i agree with that part, but for me, it's getting behind the team and the owners, and the perception of our club, we are so lucky, and whats not to like about going to London on a jolly with 1000's of others cheering on the best team in the land.

I'm passed giving a flying fuck about the perception of our club. "They" have already made up their minds a long time ago. The semis should never have been down there and that is just one of the extenuating circumstances that will affect people and families. Cost, kickoff times, train times etc etc.

As I said, its not as simple as you said. Easier for a single lad I suppose. All that coupled with how successful we are and many now have to pick and choose what they can afford.

Anyway, its a nice problem to have and I am sure there will be a decent turnout.

Let’s hope they sort the kick off time out soon so we can sort transport and not a stupid late afternoon kick off. Why can’t it be a 12.30 start?

12.30 is a stupid kick off start in itself.

Driving from Manchester takes a good 4 hours. Have to leave about 6am.

i am not disagreeing with you buddy, i think the club could help here, would be good if they laid on 300 buses, would be small change to the club, but a huge help to the fans, who will be stretched.

We got Spurs when we could have got Barça Juve or Liverpool,
We got Napoli and they were very poor for three halves of the four we played them in,
Liverpool was a tough draw but we still avoided Barça and Madrid.
