I dont bet pal.not on Football.so you dont need to get baaach to me.i dont need no price.
Cheers.
That's good cause forgot the odds haha.got chatting to an old guy who was mates with my grandad about the grand national.

Was more to see if they would take the bet n they would.this was Ladbrokes.

Surprise, surprise!

And by some margin!

Yes but when your trying to persuade any top footballer to move to' Liverpool Slums',your gonna be dragged down a very long path by his agent, lol

Wear a red top, pretend to be a top club, win no trophies,....have your house burgled whilst your running around like a demented chicken in the first team...live in the same city as england goalie jordan dickford.
Dont sound too attractive to me...each to their own i guess.

The rags and the dippers paying top dollar too....

Made me smile....

They really are a different breed.

Reading those comments, they all act like they're experts and will argue with logic to they are blue in the face.

Where do they get some of their claims from:

City split their staff into two groups, massaging the figures, not sure about Chelsea.

If it's not allowed then it will be pretty obvious for UEFA and the PL, so why would City risk it? If it is allowed, it's safe to assume all clubs would report their wages this way. Players and coaching staff are what we are interested in after all. If they'd stop desperately trying to apply shady undertones to anything City related all the time they'd realise, if anyone is trying to hide what the players are really on it's Liverpool. I read the same club response quote when it came out and it sounds like damage control PR to me, trying to muddy the waters through official channels. Doesn't it sound a lot like the kind of excuses that came out around United over Pogba's total price and his agent fees?

Not like all others for a start and all other clubs don’t have their owner but(buy) up all the left over tickets and then say the attendance is 8-12000 more than it is, I have already answered that question, no point in keeping asking it when I have answered

This guy believes this is one of the 4 things we are being investigated for, am I right in thinking he's pulled that out of his arse or have I missed something?

I want this £50m they wrote off for a stadium that wasn't even built investigated, as it smells like bullshit and for the record they STILL failed FFP but "luckily" they weren't in UEFA competition when the first FFP review came around(how lucky was that eh?). I also want this claim that Liverpool are paying less player and coaching staff wages than City and Chelsea debunked, as I think that's bollocks too.

I've never liked them much but I fucking despise that club and their fans on the whole these days. Biggest bullshitters in football.

Understood.
But the scouser showed me his betting slip. I didnt know the lad...i would have liked to talk more about it with him...but he was fucked off with City going 2nil up and walked out pub.i,m just posting exactly what happened.

He may have showed you a piece of paper with that written on it but there's no evidence that he tried to put the bet on at even one bookies, let alone loads.

Surely you are not suggesting that a Red Scouse fan might be fibbing?

JJ

Considering it was a bet easily taken by most Bookies (Ladbrokes confirmed already by another poster) I feel that the aforementioned Scouser may have been a tad economical with the 'truth' he told ... ;)

The BBC are doing a bit on what would it mean if the coachsmashers won the league. The Klanfield announcer has come up with this gem

"It just feels wrong there are whole generations of Liverpool fans who weren't born the last time we won the league. That is just plain wrong.

How self entitled can you get!! You've not won the league for fucking years because you just weren't good enough and nothing else. Nobody deducted points, and worst of all you're in the Prem league / media lovefest top two and still didn't manage it.

Newcastle, Aston Villa, Arsenal and others, all big clubs who haven't won it for years but accept its because they didn't get enough points. 'Plain wrong' FFS is it any wonder you are the new most hated club having taken (stolen... my mistake) the title (see, you have won something) from those second most entitled twats from an area that is not Manchester

I will bump into him again soon,no doubt, and will keep u posted teacher ; )

A lot has been made of Mike Dean getting his 100th red card, and very few better candidates than Young being the recipient, however it got me thinking I dont remember him ever sending off a scouser, So off to the stats I went and turns out I was wrong and he managed to send off "big Dunc" for Everton, however he's never sent a Liverpool player off which seemed strange given how long he has been around.

He has ref'ed some of they games but a really low number, does anyone know why?

For any of the curious types the list prior to Mr Youngs addition last night is

My eye got caught to him issuing so many Red cards in the 90th minute or very late in games.

Almost as not to affect the result of that game but to deny that player playing in the next two games, like a big 'gotya'.

This ref's propensity to be the star of the show irks me greatly.
The dramatic and exagerated way he awards penalties, the jokey 'hide the ball' with Aguero etc.
If it's true what he's alleged to have said to Poch, then there will be a lot more nuggets out there.

I will be delighted when he's off the pitch, but not so when he joins up with the BT Sport team to give his opinion on contentious decisions, which no doubt will have me chucking stuff at the telly.
