Only speculating, but if you miss the last train you'll be stuck in London.

Hi I've got 2 return train tickets for sale.
Manchester to euston
Sat going out at 10.15
Coming back Sunday morning 8.20
£120 for the 2 which is what I paid.

From the City website:

Virgin Trains has confirmed it plans to run two additional services to get fans back from Wembley. The trains will depart London Euston at 21:20 and 21:24, providing in excess of 1000 extra seats.

Trains depart London Euston after the game at 19:40, 20:20, 21:00 in addition to the two extra services at 21:20 and 21:24. Should the game go into extra time and penalties, the number of available trains is reduced and fans are warned that boarding cannot be guaranteed.
