This is pointless. I've been calling out the fans who bricked the coaches, threw the flares for the last 1 hour. I've branded Salah a disgrace for his diving. I've literally condemned every act you've highlighted to me. yet Inchy is saying "The difference in fan bases is ours will get called out on it by ourselves, you lot can see no fucking wrong in anything you do. " after I've literally called out the fans for the last hour.

Liverpool have been lucky this season several times. So have City. Offside goals in key premier league matches. Offside last minute goals in the FA Cup. Whoever wins the league deserves it 100% and if Liverpool do finish second which I still believe they will because City are a better side then it's still a magnificent season. We are runners up of the champions league, haven't lost at home in 2 and a half years, best defense in the league despite having played a game more yet still were branded as a crap team who has bribed and cheated their way to the top of the league. Why can't we just respect each other.

Cringeworthy stuff. Have you no pride?

Our dipper guest says that no Liverpool fan condones throwing flares at fans or attacks on buses but never are they reported by their own.

Every attack goes unsolved even though there are always thousands in attendance & minority causing it.

$hit houses & liars !!

Wow. Jamie Carragher claims everyone is against Liverpool including Sky because Neville wants City to win the league.

Neville calls him out and says “you’re kidding, it’s been like Liverpool TV for the last month”.

The presenter quickly shuts him down with “don’t start that”.

A staggering minute of footage.

I thought I responded to that. I think it was an absolute disgrace that a flare was thrown into an area in which there were anyone, let alone children. But why are we attacking an entire fan base over the actions of morons? I believe I mentioned that I don't tar all City fans as people who rip apart stadiums and launch missiles at the police who are trying to protect people despite what idiots might say about the police.

The Merseyside Police are investigating the thrown flare, as they investigated the bus attack. Why did they not go after the perpetrators in the bus attack?

I don't believe there is some unspoken wink-wink they have with Liverpool fans. I'm no conspiracy theorist. I believe it is because not enough (if any) Liverpool fans came forward with any information identifying the perpetrators.

Thus "attacking an entire fan base" is going to happen because that "fan base" -- all of it or near enough -- refused to put the safety of other humans ahead of their loyalty to other cult members . . . errr, fans. Someone who saw both incidents and knows the perpetrators either condones it directly, or indirectly by refusing to offer information to the police in their investigation.

Dollars to doughnuts MP will conclude that there's not enough specific evidence identifying the culprit with the flare throw.

They couldn't see them as they were stood on top of the police vans?

Once we got back to 2-2 there was only one way the Swansea game was going. I don’t recall us having as many huge decisions as you Spurs not getting pen, Robertson’s handball against Palace, no pen on Aguero by Lovren, the 4 goal keeping blunders, are just a few, not to mention the 2 points we lost due to wolves being given a handball against us. That one blatant error would have put us top with a game in hand. Chelsea missed 3 sitters in ten minutes yesterday. The hype around you lot is a joke.

You cited an occasion when Sterling didn't dive but got the benefit of a very poor decision to back up your claim that he is a diver. Having had that pointed out to you, you now want us to find the evidence to prove your incorrect point. Fact is Sterling has an undeserved reputation as a diver. If we could be arsed we could point out several occasions he has been fouled but no penalty given.

Sometimes there are several such incidents in a single game.

It's almost impossible discussing football with any football fan of other club's these days. This is especially true if they support Liverpool or United and/or are under forty years of age. Forget their obvious partisan view of their own club, they have been brainwashed by the constant fawning of the media, who are mainly riddled with pundits who used to play for these clubs. One thing about ourselves being non contenders for honours for years is it allowed us to view clubs that were through non objective eyes, aside from our dislike of the rags of course. On the whole it means we can see others points of view. This sadly isn't the case for others.

There is a 22 year waiting list for a season ticket at Anfield. I know this because I've been on it for 15 years. Yet we cant fill our stadium. Utter nonsense. The problem is rich business men and women buying out large parts of the stadium for corporate and not filling the seats. Denying seats to actual fans. It's ruining the atmosphere at stadiums all across the world and Liverpool is definitely a victim of this as is most big clubs. The atmosphere at Anfield outside European nights and the Manchester clubs is non existent and quite frankly embarrassing.

What has this ‘22 year waiting list for a season ticket’ got to do with filling your ground.

Your season ticket allocation is already full yet your ground is not full.

Your point makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

The fact is, regardless of whether there are thousands on a waiting list, or none on a waiting list, your ground is not full.

The waiting list has no impact on that fact.

Here we go.Come on you fuckwits from the Merseyside Police Force.Lets see some action ... or not !!

An incident where a nine-year-old needed medical treatment after a flare was thrown during Liverpool's win over Chelsea on Sunday is being investigated by police.

The flare was thrown from the top tier of the Anfield Road End after Sadio Mane's second-half goal and landed on Chelsea fans in the bottom tier.

A nine-year-old Chelsea fan suffered a panic attack as a result of the flare.

The Football Association are also looking into the incident.

Merseyside Police said in a statement: "We can confirm that we are investigating after a flare was thrown during the Liverpool versus Chelsea match on 14 April.

"The incident was reported to us at 5.40pm [17:40 BST], shortly after Liverpool scored their first goal, that a flare was thrown from the upper section of the Anfield [Road] Stand.

"Following this, at around 6.20pm [18:20 BST], officers received reports that a young Chelsea fan, believed to be nine years old, had been taken to the first-aid centre where he was treated by St John Ambulance staff after suffering a panic attack as a result of the flare.

"At this stage, it is not clear who threw the flare. However, investigations are ongoing."

It’s not clear?

Yet there is CCTV all over the gaff and hundreds of people sat by the knobend who threw it?

Hilarious.

Yes Daniel always the victim!!

lfc have known for years about the season ticket wait time. yet they have one of the smallest % allocation for season tickets.
When they added the latest extension they didnt up the % of the seats added to the season ticket list they just made sure the highest number possible were kept which go on free sale which means more money as apposed to giving them to the cheaper season ticket wait list.
they could have took over 8000 of that list in one season after the stand was built but didn't.
To my knowledge other clubs that up their capacity gives the first option to season tickets, I can only think of one other club that did a similar thing to lfc.

To be fair though, it's not as if Liverpool fans have a history of this....

2013
Video footage has emerged of a potentially-deadly flare being thrown onto Manchester United fans at Old Trafford.
The red-smoking flare is captured being hurled from a top tier of Liverpool supporters during the League Cup derby.

2016
Liverpool charged with disciplinary action by UEFA for flare thrown on pitch

2018
Liverpool players celebrate as a smoke flare thrown from the Liverpool fans lands on the pitch during the Champions League quarter final match at the Etihad Stadium

2019
Special needs Chelsea supporter, 9, left 'confused and anxious' after needing first aid treatment when Liverpool fans threw smoke bomb into away section at Anfield
there's plenty more too. I wonder just how seriously they were all investigated

Here's a few more:
- Milner 2 yards offside against West Ham - they would have comfortably won that game otherwise
- Origi blatantly offside in the same match
- Salah offside in the equalizing goal against Southampton
- Sterling rugby tackled by Robertson at the Etihad
- Fulham denied a perfectly good goal at Anfield by a phantom offside
- Off the erroneous Liverpool free kick, Allison takes it while the ball still moving and Liverpool go up and score
- Another Salah offside for the opening goal against Bournemouth

And what our friend has in return was an offside in an FA Cup game and an erroneous penalty in a CL game we won 6-0.

This is what I mean by some of the disgusting stuff posted on both forums. I would love you to find me a single person who supports Liverpool that would condone throwing flares at children in the crowd. You won't find any. You just spout this venom on the forums. You will always have absolute morons in every football club. prime example were the group of City fans who were tearing up advertisement boards and throwing missiles at the police after you lost to Wigan in the FA Cup. The difference is I'm not an idiot and I don't go round saying "is it just banter" because I'm an adult.

Salah is a disgrace for diving the way he does and I'll be there with you all condemning it. It's not wanted in the game. But lets face it, he isn't the only one. Stirling also throws himself to the ground repeatedly, so much so that Pep had to come into a post game interview and admit it was a disgraceful decision from the referee. City v Shaktar for reference. The delusion is that you attack other clubs and act like you arn't getting dubious decisions yourself, the previous example in a champions league game highlighting that. Plenty of offside goals for city recently for example the Aguero last minute goal v Swansea. Again, lucky Liverpool right.

Who’s talking about people “condoning” it, it actually happened. You know, by a Liverpool fan. Did all those cheeky misunderstood scouse scallies who watched it happen do anything about it? No

It’s the 2014 anniversary all over again, cheering Yaya’s injury, bricking the supporters club coaches, all this after City (club and supporters) had shown the utmost respect to the victims.

And you’re on here telling us that City fans are just as bad? You are right, every club has it’s morons but liverpool are “special” when it comes to this kind of thing.
