Leroy doesn’t struggle for stamina, none of our players do! Obviously have faith in Pep but Leroy not starting tonight is an odd one

Given the second game in a row with a strange team selection, if we fail to get past spurs I would say the Pep myth has gone.

Why is everyone so perplexed at Sane's ommision? I would have played him but I can absolutely see why pep has licked the team he has. Bernardo and Sterling our standouts, Kevin our talisman and David silva is no mug.

Good team. My only worry is that we will get our muscled in midfield without Fernandinho. I think Wanyama and Sissoko will over run Gundogan. This is his chance to show his class.

Well like a lot of posters I’m surprised sane isn’t starting,whatever the reasons I dont know but I will say one thing,you shouldn’t let side issues or what’s happening in the background stop you from picking and playing your strongest team and our team is far stronger with sane starting that’s my rant over now,good line up aside bar Fernandinho and sane of course,spurs look like they will try to suffocate midfield,we don’t need to panic if it’s for instance 0-0 at halftime as long as we aren’t behind at any stage as I still fancy spurs to grab a goal ..

It’s all about levels for me.
If he had started with Sane and gone all out then it would have left Pep no where to go after 70 mins if we need fresh legs who will make an impact. I agree Merlin hasn’t been in his best spell, but nights like these you don’t leave out the best player the premier league has ever seen, his experience will be invaluable tonight.

Whatever Pep does is fine by me. I have 100% faith in him.
