For those who share season tickets/away tickets within their family which PB want to stop as it is "illegal" here is the FA's stance:

8.3. If more than one Ticket is issued to you, one Ticket must be retained by you for your personal use (subject to clause 8.4 below) and the remainder may be transferred to the natural person(s) intending to accompany you to the Match, provided that:

8.3.1. such person(s) is/are known to you and would be entitled (under the Terms & Conditions of Entry) to purchase such a Ticket;

8.3.2. such transfer takes place in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of the Ticket;(c) such transfer does not take place in the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party’s business;

8.3.3. such transfer is subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry which will (save for any rights to transfer under this clause or any rights to a refund under clause 9) apply to such person as if he/she were the original purchaser of the Ticket (and you must inform the person of this); and

8.3.4. you must provide the name and address of such person(s) when asked to do so by any official, steward or employee of The FA or the Ground owner/operator or any police officer.

8.4. In the event that you and/or the person(s) intending to accompany you to the Match are unable to use any Ticket then you may transfer the Ticket(s) to another natural person, provided that:

8.4.1. such other person(s) is/are known to you and would be entitled (under the Terms & Conditions of Entry) to purchase such a Ticket;

8.4.2. such transfer takes place in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of the Ticket;

8.4.3. such transfer does not take place in the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party’s business;

8.4.4. such transfer is subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry which will (save for any rights to transfer under this clause or any rights to a refund under clause 9) apply to such other person as if he/she were the original purchaser of the Ticket (and you must inform the other person of this); and

8.4.5. you must provide the name and address of such other person(s) when asked to do so by any official, steward or employee of The FA or the Ground owner/operator or any police officer.

What the FA say has no relevance to a ticket sold by City either issued by themselves or on behalf of another club (e.g. an away ticket). The club that is the authorised issuer of the ticket to a regulated event has the final say.

If you read your Seasoncard Regulations you'll see that section 7.1 makes it clear that unauthorised transfer of your ticket is not allowed, except via Ticket Exchange or notifying the club in writing. Furthermore, it IS technically a criminal offence to resell a football ticket without authorisation from the issuing club. Whether either of us like it or not, them's the rules.

Having witnessed the latest shambles at the piggery where our end at a tourist attractive away game has numbers of virgin tourists attending there first game the time has come for action,I can list the games where they will appear, London games are a joke, Never been a member of a supporters club and feel all tickets should be allocated on loyalty points only. Also if your card is not registered as having attended games you get no points, if you are in a supporters club no worries as you will have your points what’s the issue. I was devastated to see tourists with rag bags from the shop in our end Wednesday. WTF is going on. Ticket office needs sorting as there are stories of touting. Club should buy all tickets on tout sites and ban future ticket sales to holders and sort it out and name and shame, if they care about the supporters.

Have you re

Well why isn’t city acting if section7.1 states that!! It really is becoming a joke and will only get worse

I'm not sure City have even ever played at 110+ grounds to be honest mate! (certainly not in your lifetime). and have you really counted every game you have ever been to??

You sound a bit like him from Pheonix Nights who sold the paint to Chuck Norris mate!

No offence tho, Worsley is a lovley place
We have played at a lot more than 110
I personally have been to well over 120.
If you count in preseason friendlies etc.
I admit I am a bit of an old bugger but my dad was taking me to aways when I was 6.
I was lucky that as a working class family we had plenty of spare cash back in the day.
I have also missed quite a few games in recent years so I could now be sat on well over 160 grounds but work commitments and a bout of ill health put pay to that sadly.

A mate of mine has done 162, he didn't get a Spurs CL or derby ticket. I have done 110 and didn't get either and haven't got Brighton.

As there were only 800 of us at Shaktar,Burton and Oxford this season where the fuck were all these people getting these tickets now?

Good luck to those fortunate enough to get Brighton tickets, hope you have a great day and we win the league. I will be watching in the pub at home detached from it.

It’s a fucking disgrace!! Just looked on one of those inflated websites ?? In the small print it tells you what to wear at a football match ffs. Football really is dying

Ticket in the City end for the Brighton game on stub hub going for £520 !!! The club must be able to trace it back to its original owner and act on it .

Wonder if Danny Wilson or Lisa Eaton ever reads these threads? Maybe the club don’t want to trace back the original owner as it may prove embarrassing as it might be a player, club employee etc who have given a ticket to a friend but that person has then gone and sold it for a huge profit. Look at the stories regarding the derby allocation. It’s about the club came out and made a statement as to why home fans have tickets in our away section and why ticket sites are sell8ng then when fans with thousands of loyalty points are missing out. I know extra points were added recently for Fa Cup scheme but for Brighton to sell out at higher points than Spurs is taking the piss. Did 60% of tickets really go to loyalty points.

Sorry to slightly go off subject but does anyone have an email for Lisa Eaton?
Thanks in advance.
