The thing is, not only do I badly want to win the league over Liverpool, I also want to end on a superior GD, and after last night it's only 3 goal separating us. I'd really like to see a comfortable dominating 4-0 power win. Just to shut up a few annoying 'pool fans in my circle of friends.
Would be nice, after having quotes like the best front three in the world and best team the premier League has ever seen, thrown at us all season.

Liverpool fans have become quite predicable in this run in. They play before us, win, proclaim themselves champions and god's gift. Then 24-48 hours later realise city can go back above them with a win, which happens, they start telling everyone second is a successful season or refer to alternative fictional league tables which put them top by ten points, until the next round of games.

Hope it continues, and agree that second would be a great success for them. Can't wait for the trophy presentation and parade. Next season they'll be even stronger, with all that coutinho money still left over to spend.

Burnley will push and pull us all over, we need to be focused and attack minded, again. Time for champions to prove their pedigrees.

BBC Weather forecast for Burnley, Lancashire. Tomorrow: Sunny Intervals. Max 13°C, min 5°C. Wind 11mph NW. https://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2654264

Yes it has supposed to have improved a fair bit by Sunday. This should allow us to pass the ball a bit better and for it not to swirl about too much in the air if the wind drops. Still expecting a tough physical game in the part of the country time forgot.

Been buzzing the past two days after the derby win. Now back into "shitting it" mode.
Of course it is natural to be apprehensive going into these next three games as anything other than a win would be a severe setback. That said, we should not be fearing anyone left we have to play and if we play to our strengths and capabilities, we will take max points and the league

Very true. The thing is, the apprehension arises because somehow we always seem to make a drama out of everything. I watched the U18s the other night and we were cruising at 1-0 until 5 minutes before time when a goalkeeping howler, the only way they were ever going to score, gave them the draw and we lost on penalties.

Of course we don't always end up losing like we did in the Spurs game but it's really hard to be relaxed with City. I know that's part of why we love them but it doesn't do my old ticker any good.

I like the way that we are being quiet and just going about our business, not ridiculously ‘supporting’ teams to beat our nearest competitor.
I would be ecstatic if we turn over Burnley with a clinical display and 80% possession. The despair in dipperland would be priceless.

We have more than enough capability and class to give a professional and ruthless result in our favour. The team will be fully prepared for this game I’m sure. Win this game and quietly move on to preparing for the next.
Quiet confidence and professionalism is needed now. No stupid giddy social media posts by our players.
I’ve never wanted to win the PL more than this.
To take it away from the self appointed ‘Football Royalty’ and destroy the media wankfest associated with those vermin would be absolutely priceless.

This game for me is the big one. Although our last two will be tough if we win and edge ahead of the dippers they have two very tough games alongside the Barcelona double header. They may draw one or both of them.

This is our hardest fixture left on paper. Get this out of the way and it’s the Dippers with the trickier fixtures left.

However, I bet Pep would have given his left arm to be in the position at the start of January. 3 winnable games and we’re champions.

Almost there, let's hope the players can give the campaign a final, herculean effort. CTID

Was at home relaxing and made a video highlighting how MCFC/UKIP would play football if they were in the manager's dugout...

Absolutely!

Whether or not you agree with the agenda theories, nobody can argue that the media aren't desperate for them to win it, so that they can pronounce them "the greatest team in history".
After all, they've already started to say that even if they finish second they will go down as the "unluckiest team in history"!

Same side that finished the Derby on Saturday if Dhino is not fit. Pep knows what to expect from Burnley and this will be a battle but our extra quality should hopefully prevail in the end.

Who is the ref on Sunday?

Tierney. All is good.

(I won't add he was reffing in Newcastle.)

To be fair some of us became fans of the opposition in 2012 hoping Wigan would beat the Rags and in 2014 when Chelsea spoiled the Dipper title win , so you can see why the Dippers plastic fans are clutching at straws , but as far as i can remember we never had articles in the media hoping and praying for a Burnley type win. The media certainly know which side their bread is buttered , follow the 'istree clubs and the £££££ will keep rolling in , well we have spoiled the party twice recently so a third time would be rather nice.

Bit disappointed when I saw the officials that have been picked for this game.

It's like the opposite off losings you're virginity only for it to be over in less than a minute.were as you thinking your Danny Boyle at that lasted less than a minute..

not mathematically they're not as cardiff could reach 40pts, but for all intents and purposes they are as the goal diff would need a swing of 17 goals
17 goal swing is nothing when your last three games are,
Manchester City
Everton
Arsenal
It just depends on which Everton or Arsenal turn up.
