Good job you don't know me then.
Don't get the love in with these.
I was there when they robbed us with that last minute goal and they took the piss.
This, all day long. I've had a few fraught days at Roker, including being attacked near the ground. Fuck them and their "we want City to win" bollocks. They're in the 3rd div. They'd soon change their melody of we actually meant something to them. And I'd expect nothing less in reverse. They mean fuck all to me. Couldn't give a flying fuck if they get promoted/relegated, whatever. And they should feel the same about us. 1894 making a banner? Is that a pisstake? Let's go the whole hog and have a "Bury are Back" flag. Do me a fucking favour.

Just something to watch and think about until our far off match (**** off Sky) on Monday.

Thanks mate. Very kind words and much appreciated. Hopefully we go up through playoffs and you’s win the domestic treble! :)

Have to say I’ll never forget the cup final in 2014 and how sound Sunderland fans were. The numbers you brought down in 1991 when you got relegated and then when we went down in 98’ being commiserated by a Mackem in Didsbury! All clubs have twats following them but I think both our clubs have plenty of respect for one and other. Good luck in the playoffs pal

Always has a soft spot for Sunderland, but my interest in your boys doing well has been upped a couple of notches having recently watched Sunderland Till I Die

Fantastic series - really gave an insight into how important it is for the whole area to have a successful team

Beautiful theme tune too

But, as for Rodwell.....?!

Have to say went to plenty of Sunderland v City matches with my son when I lived in Durham ( hence my name) , always sat in with their fans ( & our neighbours) as I couldn’t get a ticket with the away fans. Never any issues with them although have to say it was almost always a draw with Tevez missing sitters and some Korean striker getting last minute equalisers. A few “ mate, are you City like?” comments but never any serious bother. Would be very happy to see them back in the Prem, in fact I’d prefer any “Northern” team to be promoted ( maybe with exception of Manure and Loserpool) ahead of any team South of the Watford Gap.

Cheers pal! Yeah that 4-4 game brings back lots of memories. It was some game though. On current form, I think Charlton are favourites to go up. However, there isn’t much difference between any of the teams so it’s a bit of a lottery really. Will be interesting.

Well I wish you and the rest of the Makems luck mate

The passion that Sunderland bring to football is good for the game. I think they will be very disappointed now. I remember the fear at Wembley against Gillingham when we contemplated another season in Div One. It was not a good feeling.

One of the reasons we are fresh this weekend having not played a CL semi midweek.

I don’t like him at all. He’s as one dimensional as they come, always cutting back in on to his left foot and usually ballooning a shot over. The lad has undoubted talent but he’s not learnt how to play in our system, doesn’t give and go and slows everything down. He’s Pep’s worst buy and I’d love to see him leave and use that money to bolster our defensive midfield or left back options.

Oh and his countryman fan boys are all over social media, especially Facebook, crying and calling Pep a racist in every game where he doesn’t start and I’d especially like to see them fuck off.
I bet you like many others said the same thing about Bernado last season. It feels like many of us want him to fail. Just a few adjustments to his game as well as mastering of our system could make him one of our most reliable players next sesson. Why can't we just at least give him the benefit of the doubt? Hand on heart, if you were told that Bernado would be our most important player in 2019 would you believe?

There were more signs with him than Mahrez.

Then state your wager and lose your money.

No one wants him to fail, they want him to do what we pay £1/4m a week to do.

Bernardo has always been fucking excellent and he was the best player we faced in Pep’s first season.

And to reiterate, a Leicester fan asked for mine and yours and anyone’s else’s opinion inn mahrez. I gave it, why should I sugar coat anything?

Revisionism at its best. Bernado was said to be very predictable and many thought he slowed our game too much last season. This has got nothing to do with his performances before he came to our club. Hell, even Mahrez was signed on the back of amazing performances whilst at Leicester which earned him a POTY award in one of those years.

He may turn out good or he may turn out shit. None of us can say for sure but its funny how we have forgotten some of our best performing players' first seasons and still insist that Mahrez will not make it with us and that he should be shipped in summer.

The money we spent on him is not the matter as there may be factors outside his control inhibiting him now (e.g. the learning curve effect) but does he deserve another shot? I say yes but you say no. This is where we disagree. I understand and respect that that is your opinion but I want you to be honest. Is your opinion a fair viewpoint?
