Otherwise you could equally say if you can't beat Palace at home and Newcastle away, you don't deserve to win the league. Yet we lost both.

They would be referring to our remaining games. Nothing can be done about those in the past. However, if we lose or draw our next two games (against Leicester at home and Bright away), and Liverpool win both of their remaining games, then we did not *deserve* to win the league.

Saying anything else is Dipperosophy.

A defeat isn’t needed for Liverpool. A draw is as good.

Wouldn't a defeat mean that we could win the title on Monday? A draw would mean we couldn't be mathematically certain until the Brighton game.

I disagree personally. It's the results over a season that matter. If we had won those 2, we would already have won the league.

Not normally an avid watcher of Dipper games , but i am going to watch the 1st half an hour and see how it goes , if the Dippers score the Mrs can watch Britains Got Talent , if Newcastle score i am off to my local boozer to taunt the Dipper plastics. Quite optimistic that the Dipshits are going to hand us the title tonight , here's hoping
