Completely agree.It’s basic refereeing. You don’t blow there when the ball has just rebounded. The ball is live, and has just fallen to the feet of an attacking player who scores. Therefore he hasn’t denied a goalscoring opportunity and should only be a caution for the handball offence.

He can revisit any cautionable offence after allowing an advantage that followed the offence. Would have been harsh though. Probably a yellow would have been right.
