The small amount we spent on transfers this season could we break the record profit made by the Scousers.
How funny would that be.

I think its good thing that this has gone quiet. Last time when we were punished 5 years ago, it was leaked to the media well before the official announcement. I think at around end of Apr 2014 media were convinced that we are about to get sanctions.

agree mate....there must be some rule on what notice they have to give clubs on impending bans? With the transfer window opening earlier now than in the past, I think this will make it more difficult for investigations to get completed in time.... The longer it goes on, I think its more likely we'll get notice of a Jan/next summer transfer ban..

I heard that caller, but there are far worse on RAWK. Some deluded fuckers think they'll be retrospectively awarded the 2014 Premier League title, once all our financial shenanigans are exposed.
Didn't they and United fix a game in the 1900's so the rags would escape demotion? Retrospective relegation for both next season seems fair enough to me.

How exactly is UEFA going to take money from the EPL and pass it onto the G14?

Playing games at the weekend, increasing coverage of CL will, almost certainly, reduce coverage of PL. If you go all the way to the final of CL the clubs will have played 21 extra games. Then FA cup and league cup games. Something has to give.

They are trying to break the amount of money going into PL by increasing number of CL games.

The FA have already told UEFA where they can go with this idea.

Good, why exactly would the FA agree to an arrangement that impacts on our them. If UEFA are concerned about the power of the EPL they need to better market their product around the world using the TV companies like the FA have.

This and with our New kit deal with Puma.

But for rival fans , it is easy to ignore and stick to the agenda

I hope we're getting a bit more than £200 for winning the league.

I hope we're getting a bit more than 200 quid for winning the league. But I'm sure we only got around £150m the last 2 years from the PL and the deal runs on a 3 year cycle. So I don't understand why we'd get loads more this season.

Yes indeed. The last game of the 1914-15 season when the rags were on the brink of relegation. Liverpool players were bribed to throw the game and the rags won 2-0. There was even a report that a Liverpool player who hit the bar with a shot was loudly berated by his team mates.

This was the last game before league football shut down for the First World War and when it restarted in 1919 the matter was conveniently brushed under the carpet.

If we do win the title or domestic treble , you can guarantee the FFP and transfer ban subjects will be regurgitated within a few days and Dipper F.C. will be will be held on a pedestal as the true Champions horseshit
