Yeah, no. Fuck off with your antisemitism.
This is fuck all to do with your perceived Jewish plot.
And you can do the same with your accusations of antisemitism

Sorry. That's just pathetic.I've now reported it/him.
Just remember how the hierarchy of FIFA fell apart once their activities came under the scrutiny of official legal bodies after their own committees were bypassed.I love the club's statement. Shows real intent to not get pushed around anymore.
The only concerns I have going forward is UEFA's idea of an independent panel doesn't quite fit within the true definition. I expect it to comprise of Tebas, Rummenigge, Gill, Parry et al. So this will be dragged out further than is absolutely necessary when the club take it further. Just gives the media an excuse to continue to tarnish our name and drag us through the mud.
Apology accepted.Sorry. That's just pathetic.
As a cleverer person than me once said........" Sometimes you need to take the pinch."What!!! How would that damage anyone other than City.
Stop trying to label City's press in the media as a Jewish plot against our Arab owners then. And you can do the same with your accusations of antisemitism
Not really. One year is essentially a £90m fine.
The BBC reprt on this is very selective on which parts of City's statement they quote.
The natrative has been set, whatever we achieve will be tainted due to the braindead masses being spoonfed the shite by the mass media, the days of journalistic integrity are dead, mainly due to social media, it's fuckin criminal this team and manager and out club in general has to defend itself agsinst all this fuckin nonsense, when everbody should be eulogising and celebrating a wonderful football team.Of course I have realised that but the club has bent over backwards to do everything the right way and are still getting battered. I prefer the analogy of appeasing a bully, eventually you will have to deal with him or he will just continue making your life a misery. The problem we have is the people who run the media, we will never get a fair say or hearing there so the hearts and minds battle is lost unless we make inroads into it.
I have to say I'm finding this whole thing a bit odd.
City are absolutely adamant that they've not done anything wrong, to the point where it's not even confidence as opposed to outright bullish certainty.
UEFA must know that City are going to take this to a court where there's legitimate independence eventually, and they're opening themselves up to damages, to publicly being slapped down and to further undermining of FFP if they carry on without a good case.
So what's going on? Either UEFA are doing something they know will get humiliatingly knocked down in a proper court, or the club's confidence is completely misplaced.

This is complicated stuff, hard to understand. If part of their aim is simply to discredit us, they’ve done their job. The truth won’t make any difference, the perception is we’ve cheated and it’ll stick. A separate action for damages in this respect might be being considered by the club if it’s possible.

The only way i can see UEFA taking this seriously is if they can take Der Spiegels 'evidence' as a whistleblowing leak rather than hacked accounts. I assume if its a whistleblowing leak then it could probably be used as evidence in an actual court of law?

Never lose sight of the long term goal
If WE change nothing why will anything change?
The players and club have zero doubt which side we are on.......
Surely all that has happened is that the Investigatory commitee (IC) has passed the matter to the adjudicatory committee (AC), which is the process? That HAD to happen, regardless of the outcome, and it's now known what the recommendations actually are. The UEFA statement is entirely neutral in tone, and simply tells the world where the process has got to.
I think you're right about the difficult position UEFA are in regarding possibly ending up in court though, and that may take a while for them to work out (and probably talk to City about).
