You’re not the only person this has happened to, someone earlier in this thread and a mate of mine both had this issue of being on Value Gold, not being sent an email and then being told they’d missed the renewal window so we’re offered the seat they’d just paid £325 or whatever it is for £775Rang the club last week, the lisping fucker on a loop said DD payments auto renew so I hung up. Rang the club today to find out what is going on and was told I was sent an email on the 27th about SC renewal. I was on Value Gold. Told them I didn't receive an email on that date, was asked to check my emails so I did. As I said no email, not in spam folder either. This means I have missed my chance to renew on VG due to the incompetence of the club!
I was told I can have last year's seat at the current price of £775 or wait until the 14th to relocate. This is what I intended to do anyway as I want to stand amongst friends in either 110 or 111.
But if I did want another VG card I would have missed my opportunity to purchase because of the incompetence of the club not sending the email I was told I was sent. Fuckin' amateurs!
Fantastic value, unless you get lumbered with the pair of miserable ****s sat next to me last season in 329. I thought one of them was stuffed! The club should have paid me £299! I'm changing to 111 next season to be with mates and make some noise.
Went online to renew and told I couldn’t renew missus
Phoned ticket office and went through them and customer service and was told refresh page it be ok in 20 minutes
Tried again guess what still couldn’t renew missus
Phoned again and told it would be sorted this time but if I wanted I could renew on phone at a cost of £10 extra, 4 ST
Went back online and no couldn’t renew
Phoned a third time and they eventually admitted their mistake and they renewed on phone at no extra cost
Over an hour I will never get back trying to renew, useless

My sons done the phone call and informed me that there is no increase in my direct debit.I will look into this later.I'm in 211 and mine increased by £25, my mate and his mrs who sit next to me also increased the same,
If platinum is available then it follows it must be double points as there is no other incentive to spend £50?I emailed Lisa Eaton and Danny Wilson and had no reply about points for away games. I emailed the saesoncard rep who said the plan is still going ahead? Bit naughty if true as the renewal email states double points for all tickets bought.

How can I go from annual payment onto direct debit?
The Cup schemes are separate to the S/card DD. Go to MyAccount/TicketScheme, tick the relevant scheme and at the top right of the list you'll see a "remove" option - clicking on that should sort it.Trying NOT to renew my sons ‘cup scheme’, on his season ticket but as on DD , it doesn't seem possible NOT to,

Not had an email yet confirming my season ticket has renewed. Supposed be today. Getting nervous too!Here's hoping that the automatic direct debit renewal works tonight. Tho bit like the last few games of the season... still feel nervous!
