Surely if you want to build a world wide brand it is better to play in the Premier League than in the Bundesliga.
Most of the top players are a brand whether it's with clothing ranges and the like,i wouldn't say it's a bad thing, the top players are still top players on the pitchHe needs to build himself as a footballer, not a brand.
If he wants to become a brand, adios for me!
As others have said Team Beckham knows a thing about Celebrity. If that's what Leroy wants he's a good go to.Beckham wants to keep his fucking nose out
It's got fuck all to do with him.
I see Bayern and their rent a gob mob are still at it.
At least they have accepted Leroy will cost at least £100mill Euros. Let’s start there and come to a higher figure.
Disagree, if you want to get to the very top of your profession you don't build brands, at least not until your established. Most of the top players are a brand whether it's with clothing ranges and the like,i wouldn't say it's a bad thing, the top players are still top players on the pitch
And if that’s what Leroy wants, then it’s thank you and goodbye. No place for prima donnas here.As others have said Team Beckham knows a thing about Celebrity. If that's what Leroy wants he's a good go to.
He is building a brand for himself and there is no-one better to ask than beckham and his team
This isn't directed specifically at you, but this post is a good example.Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry on Leroy Sané: "We also get along well off the field. I would love to have him in my team [Bayern], he would be an asset."
There can't have been a current player,ex player and criminal gob who haven't waded in now,i think beckham will advise him to go to bayern and be the star as that is good for his brand,i'm braced to losing him now
He's waiting on Gazza, he's on his way he's just knocking up some butties and waiting for the off licence to open to pick up some cans.
I think you'll find they all start quite young,Sane has proved himself in the toughest league,he has all the medals that's why bayern are desperate to get him back to germany,we should say we only have little bits of info and not the full picture,he may well stayDisagree, if you want to get to the very top of your profession you don't build brands, at least not until your established.
Sane has all the tools to be one of the greats, but not sure if he has the desire.
I don't understand why he would want to leave City and Pep at his time. The best coach in the business and a great club.
He is young enough to get his move back to Germany in the future, or if he does build his brand, a perfect fit for Real Madrid.
PS Ask Neymar what playing in a inferior league does to your career.
Beckham took fame over his career. The Glasgow piss can realised this and did the correct thing in sending him packing from the RAGSBeckham was a bit unique in that field. Firstly he had lots of women and probably a few men swooning over his looks, then he married posh spice when they were the biggest girl band in the world. All this posh and Becks bollocks, golden balls, it was the perfect storm for them. Don't forget he played for the rag loving media and then Spain's equivalent in Real Madrid. Also he was a half decent player, not as good as the hype, but not bad. Leroy at the moment just comes across as a stroppy teenager. He needs to up his game, force his way into the team and start playing regularly. His problem is he has two better wingers innfront of him. When David Silva leaves and if Bernardo moves into his slot he may get his chance, if he is still here of course.
He isn't that young, 24 next season this contract will take him to 28/29. It's probably the most important contract of his career , he needs to make sure it's the right one for him, whatever that is.As others have said...he is very young ... enough time to build his brand at a later stage
Find it strange
He has proved absolutely nothing as yet.I think you'll find they all start quite young,Sane has proved himself in the toughest league,he has all the medals that's why bayern are desperate to get him back to germany,we should say we only have little bits of info and not the full picture,he may well stay
I agree beckham was near to a one off but the fact him and posh are still a huge brand even now shows he is not as stupid as he looks/sounds and simon fuller is a great man to build you a brand, have to say the likes of pogba is what happens when you build a brand then don't deliver on the pitch,i think Sane can do bothBeckham was a bit unique in that field. Disagree, the more marketable our players are, the better for us as a global brand. He's not on that level, but look what Ronaldo did for Juventus' profile, and they walk the league every year. As long as his performances don't drop off and he's not on silly money, then I don't think it's a bad thing. And if that’s what Leroy wants, then it’s thank you and goodbye. No place for prima donnas here.
24 the most important contract? I don't think so, late 20's is the big oneHe isn't that young, 24 next season this contract will take him to 28/29. It's probably the most important contract of his career , he needs to make sure it's the right one for him, whatever that is.
Nonsense, especially as long as Pep is here.Disagree, the more marketable our players are, the better for us as a global brand. Pogba & Lingard disagree with these sentiments, the football bit thats required to market and enhance their brand is more laborious than attending a black tie marketing function and getting seated with a bunch of freeloading pissed up scousers. Most of the top players are a brand whether it's with clothing ranges and the like,i wouldn't say it's a bad thing, the top players are still top players on the pitch
He will regress if he is not played, look at it from the german angle,he was young player of the year here,he has a load of medals now and can be the poster boy in germany,he has more than achieved enough to get that amount of interest, don't put him down, there is no needHe has proved absolutely nothing as yet.
He came, had a great 1st season, and has regressed this last season.
A very talented player, but far from proven.
I really want him to stay, but as other's have said, if he wants to go back to Germany, goodbye and thank you, welcome to Felix.
