Exposing the hypocrisy of journalists

I think it's simply a website and isn't covered by IPSO.

"The Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO) is the independent regulator for the newspaper and magazine industry in the UK. We hold newspapers and magazines to account for their actions, protect individual rights, uphold high standards of journalism and help to maintain freedom of expression for the press."

I think he also works for the Mail on Sunday so perhaps that will give scope to go after him?

Good thought. I doubt that it's enough to chase anything on twitter through them though.

Looking further, IPSO also covers 1100 online sites (as of 2017), but I suspect they are the online versions of the print media.

This whole Rabin saga has been strange. He was a calculated hero speaking up for city and had the journalists on the ropes but then last week he started quoting things from Wikipedia which as we all know isn’t a reliable source. Then all this nonsense. So the questions I have why would Rabin bring this whole thing up if he wasn’t telling the truth? Why would the bloke from mancityfantv try to discredit a respected city fan? Why would either need to lie and bring the situation to the public?

The only thing I can think of is some kind of publicity stunt. Either way the credibility and reputations of both (however big or small they were) have been damaged.

I get what your saying, how can someone be so slick to an amateur in 2 days, from the UAE secret service to this.

You use the word channels. Pray tell me, which channels? The same way Andy’s followers/subscribers will mostly stick with him, people tend to stick with who/what they know.

you've completely ignored what i just said.

YOU & ANDY were often arguing, belittling, being confrontational with other people on twitter.

You were involved in tat for tat arguments with other city youtubers. This is all on twitter still.

Tbh both you and Andy should disappear for a while.

Harris, Castles, Delaney, McKenna were those that Rabin tried to deconstruct, I think.

Who are Piotr and Gehaan?

Nick McGeehan, I presume, the former Human Rights Watch guy responsible for the Gulf states, who regularly slates City's ownership and stakeholders.

And Piotr is James Montague, who's written a book called The Billionaires Club about current PL owners: https://twitter.com/JamesPiotr

I thought the book might be quite interesting, actually, but haven't read it, mainly because I want to find out whether he does a hatchet job on us before I part with my cash for it.

You’ll be surprised. In two days since this blew up, channel subs are down by 24. Latest live streaming has done well. The target audience isn’t people on this forum.
Who is the target audience then if it isn't eerrrm city fan's, bit fucking strange, I can understand getting other fans in aswell I'm sure ATV is watched by more non arsenal fan's, but at the moment cityfantv hasnt got what's needed ie a shite team and regular contributing nutters

Can anyone provide a quick summary of what’s happened, who Rabin is etc. Can’t be bothered reading over 70 pages, but I keep seeing noise on social media about city fan tv, Rabin etc

Rabin has gone against the media slating city with info we can all find on the WWW.

Done a good job with information hes dug up.

Man City Fan TV have wanted an interview, and filmed him on Skype against his wishes.

Cheers. McGeehan is obvious now you mention it.

Montague - ah, right. I've heard of the book. The WSC review is here:
