There are several issues with our play, but one of them is that in possession, whether under pressure or not, we are consistently picking the wrong player to play the pass. Doesn't help that many of our best athletes grow up specializing in american football, basketball, baseball, etc. A country our size should have a much better national team than we do but the popularity hasn't been there in past generations. It is starting to swing a little bit though.
