Forest have confirmed Muric has signed a season long loan.

Will he start ahead of Pantillimon?

Forest have done well to get him on loan, Pantilmon is shite compared to Muric. Just hope Forests defence can pass the ball and receive it under pressure otherwise its just a waste.

No that's not true at all. Muric can pass out from the back no problem, we already know that. Good loans aren't just about going and doing what you're good at somewhere else, they're about having all parts of your game examined, and if we loaned a keeper to someone like Burnley, they aren't going to pass out from the back, but they'd massively improve at dealing with crosses and corners, shot-stopping, dealing with sustained pressure.

Our keepers need to do that too, so if he comes back much better at those things, he's not going to forget 10 years of being taught to pass in 1 season.

Why build a philosophy and a way of playing at your club to then loan your youth out to clubs that don't play the same kind of style? You can see it when our first team play for England they look fucked not having a proper defensive mid like Fern to pass to playing it out from the back.

I literally just explained that to you. Loans are for personal development, and that doesn't always mean improving the areas of your game that are strong, it means improving the weaknesses that other styles of football expose more.

Lad needs games. Far better he goes out and pushes Pantilimon for a season and learns how to deal with aerial pressure and making mistakes than sitting in the stands. Bravo leaves at the end of the season and Muric returns with experience and desire to push Ederson.

It's the same reason Matt Smith has gone to QPR and hasn't stayed with Twente now they're in the Eredivise. We all know he's totally fine technically, and im sure he'd look at hoem in the Eredivise for them, but he'd still not learn the physicality that we need him to have to be a real prospect. QPR and the Championship will be a proper physical battle for him and that's a lot better than passing it about in the Eredivise for Twente, even if the style doesn't suit him as much.
