If Sane had no interest in Bayern there would not be ANY speculation, the German's would be spending their money and time on other targets.
Bayern have spoken to Sane and he is interested, end of story.

All we know for certain is that Bayern has beens and some of their board/staff have been making ridiculous quotes in the german press about how we are taking the piss with our valuation and how he wants to go there. I haven`t a clue about the truth of it!
