La Liga president Javier Tebas claims Manchester City are 'a danger to football'. [via @StuBrennanMEN]

Would be nice for the FA to stick up for one of its clubs. Oh yeah, its the FA

This guy needs taking down, we should reply with Facts ie tax dodging in Spain, state sponsored, wages and fees paid for decades by them, up to recently the tv payouts benefiting a few only etc.

Javier Tebas has called for '...stricter financial controls that limit state clubs like Manchester City or PSG from vastly outspending their rivals and it would also include much firmer financial fair play penalties, which have been a very weak deterrent up to this point.'

Harry Maguire likes this post.

Over the past 8 seasons, we have spent less than United....'vastly outspend their rivals'. I think we all know the score with comments like that so all you can do is laugh.

This is one p1ssed off Spaniard who can see the demise of La Liga. Wonderful to see.
His main problem is with the PL who seem to attract more collective sponsorship than La Liga and then get better players.
However he might as well use City as his scapegoat target despite zero money being put into City by our owners.

Funnily enough ... the other half of the report where he talked about the ECA and UEFA was spot on .... he might therefore be only one third to a half of a complete tw@t
