Loan Watch 2019/20

New signing Pedro Porro officially joins Real Valladolid for a year long loan in La Liga:

A roundup from this past weekend's action for City's loanees:

Patrick Roberts was an unused substitute in Norwich City's opening day defeat at Anfield.

In the Championship, both Aro Muric and Jack Harrison started in the 1-1 draw between Leeds and Nottingham Forest. Muric conceded the only Leeds goal of the game after a lapse in defense allowed Pablo Hernandez to get through for a one-on-one with Muric. Harrison was subbed off in the 73rd minute. Tosin Adarabioyo made his full debut for Blackburn Rovers in their 2-0 defeat to Fulham at Craven Cottage. Neither Matt Smith nor Luke Bolton were in the matchday squads for QPR and Luton Town, respectively.

In Belgium, Philippe Sandler once again partnered Vincent Kompany in defense for Anderlecht's 0-0 home draw with Mechelen, playing the full 90 and Ante Palaversa started for Oostende in their 0-2 home defeat to league leaders Club Brugge, once again playing the full 90.

In Portugal, Marlos Moreno came on for the final 17 minutes of Portimonense's 0-0 draw with Belenenses while Thierry Ambrose was an unused substitute for Metz's 1-1 away draw to Strasbourg on the opening weekend of Ligue 1 in France.

In Holland, Ko Itakura started for Groningen as they fell to Twente at home 1-3. Itakura picked up another first half yellow in the defeat. Luka and Ivan Ilic both started for NAC Breda in their 2-0 away win over Dordrecht, with Luka scoring the second goal and Ivan playing 74 minutes before being subbed off.

Paolo Fernandes started for AC Berugia in their 1-0 Coppa Italia win over Triestina before being subbed off in the 84th minute.

In the MLS, Uriel Antuna started at LW for LA Galaxy in their second successive defeat, this time away to DC United. He was subbed off in the 84th minute. Mix Diskerud was an unused substitute in Ulsan Hyundai's 1-1 draw with Daegu in the Korean League.

Lukas Nmecha's Wolfsburg take on Hallescher later tonight in the DFB Pokal.

Ernest Agyiri has joined Enosis Neon Paralimni FC in the Cypriot First Division on loan.

Btw, does anyone know for certain if the Venezuelan Nahuel Ferraresi is on City's books or if he was bought by Torque? Transfermarkt has him as a City player since 2017, but most sources only mention a transfer to CFG or "Manchester City Group". He's on loan at Porto this season, for now in the B team.
