Missing wall - building advice

Have an opportunity on a property cheap, but one gable wall has fallen down and the place needs renovating.

Anyone any ideas on the cost of rebuilding the wall?

On the assumption it's not subsidence or whatever.

I dont know the history so could have been knocked, demolished deliberately or whatever

If it looks too good to be true it normally is.

Structural stuff on a house is into big bucks areas.

If the house is listed, even bigger bucks!!!

If the land is worth more on it's own than the amount you are paying for the land and the building it may have some development potential.

My advice is to leave it. This is something a builder should buy not a novice.

If a gable wall has fallen down I would assume the rest would be soon to follow. For a novice I wouldn't call it an opportunity.

just use PVA glue to stick back together worked on blue peter every week
