City's New Kits - 2019/20

I've had an email to say my order has been dispatched for 2 x Authentic Boxed shirts. That's promising news, but then tracking service can't find my parcel using the number provided. Its coming via Yodel.

When I rang last week I was told the XL was out of stock and they didn't know what was happening with my order.

I hope these shirts fucking turn up or I'll be massively pissed off. Had £250 off me and there were no issues when I placed the order.

you will be fine , from experience the tracking doesnt kick in till sometime after about 9 pm , I however am still in limbo, my order still says picking , having called them yesterday they told me it could be upto 48 hours before my dispatch is confirmed. I will be devastated if i dont get the shirt, and feel for everyone who is in a similar position to myself.More of an issue for me is that the genuine version of the shirt I have ordered is my one and only shot at getting one in my size as the replica ones from city and puma are nolonger available in my size.
 
Rang yesterday was initially told the £125 shirt was out of stock, expressed my disappointment, she then checked with the ‘warehouse team’ and came back to say the jacket was out of stock but the shirt will be shipped today and I should receive confirmation.

Still haven’t had anything via email so rang again today and spoke to a different person who informed me that both the £125 shirt and the jacket will be sent in the next 48hrs.

Order status still says ‘picking’. I have no clue what I will receive once my order is shipped. I’m not sure they even know what they will send me

Most likely get a refund issued once they’ve had my money for over two week. They’ve handled this poorly. I understand demand is high but to cancel people’s order with no communication is very poor.
 
If the official site has sold out of what you're looking for, I would point you in the direction of the Puma site. However, they use UPS and my experience of them this last few days has been terrible. I paid extra for the guaranteed two working day delivery (order went in last friday). Still no sign. Tracked my package online this afternoon and it came up as being for delivery by the end of thursday. Got on to UPS this evening and kicked up stink about the situation. They said that the lack of a house number had caused them issues. I told them that I live in a rural area, and that the houses don't have numbers. I'd given them my official postal address, including my eircode (our equivalent of your postcode). Put that into a satnav or even Google maps, and you'll be directed straight to the door. The bloke then said that their drivers don't use eircodes! Eventually, he said he'd get on to their depot and that my package would be got to me tomorrow. Better late than never, I guess. And Puma have said to email them when I get the item, and they'll refund the postage. I'm raging about this though. Just as well I don't have a cat.

I ordered a shirt a while back from Puma when the 20% code was knocking about.
Said delivery 2-3 days.
Despatched after 3 days from Germany with UPS and took over a week from order to arrive.
 
So how many people got called today to say the 125 authentic shirt they ordered had been cancelled. Ordered 8.01 Xl (all sizes were available) I even received an email yesterday to say it had been dispatched?!
Guy on the phone said I appreciate your angry? Angry, I’m livid. It was a bday present for someone to be framed not arsed on the size. ( the person who started taking me to games as a thank you).
I just said give me all your complaint numbers and put me through to management, who are calling me back tomorrow.
Why else would a shirt be cancelled after this length of time other than sponsors or someone kicking off that they missed out. If my order got cancelled how many went in 1 minute, how many was even on sale in the first place under 1000 I would assume.
Cheek off it is is they have sent me a 50% voucher for a home, away or third kit. They will be getting told in no uncertain terms to shove it where the sun don’t shine. I will never spend a penny on anything other than a match ticket with the club.
