I was listening to 5Live earlier and one of Johnson's biographers Sonia Purnell who worked with him in the past as a journalist about the time of Maastricht who said he lied in his reports about what happened - nobody agreed with what he wrote - that he was petulant with a fearsome temper like a child - she was also of the opinion in the last couple of days he has been found out - she also said No. 10 had been forced to put out a denial this afternoon that he was thinking about resigning.

I know these nutters crave power but why anyone would want to be prime minister in this country I do not know. You just get savaged and slaughtered.

I cannot recall ever seeing a PM in this much trouble ( I suspect live TV coverage of the debating helps ) but Johnson looks beaten - day two of this Parliament and he looks done. If he could leave now and become that Boris full of bluff and bluster with no memories of all this he would snatch your hand off.
 
Where are the Tory boys tonight? Jeremy has mauled the racist and so has blackford and Ken Clarke, any man of principle would be thinking of resigning now he is a fucking disaster, probably worse than may. Great TV this

I don’t think he gives a fuck. He is one of the guys who just wants to enjoy his life.

If he fucked off he would be on have I got news for you and other such shows having a laugh .

Theresa May really cared and had a public duty Johnson cares about Johnson.

His absolute pledged to leave on 31/10 deal or no deal gives him a way out as he will just say it was taken out of his hands so he is off.
