Should we have a female mod?

We once had Toby as a female mod if I remember correctly. We haven't had a female mod since. I think we need to have a female mod to help balance it out a little. Quite a few lady blues on here so why not.

Definitely not. As soon as a lady gets in the mod room the shagging will start and it will all end in tears. Also, everyone will probably be banned one week a month.

I think you'll find the term is gender fluid nowadays. Or was that last week.
