It’s probably the indoctorination I received playing much of my football in Spain as a young lad, but I’ve always been frustrated with teammates or watching professional footballers taking a second touch on the ball with a man in space to receive a simple pass (and no intention to dribble up the pitch with it).
Just bloody keep the ball moving, that bit of the beautiful game is not ****ing rocket science.
This is the major difference between English and overseas players. Foden, having been coached by pep and who should be in this team, shows that it is all about the way players are nurtured and coached from a young age.
