At 3-1 down we needed subs that is what was being discussed, yes the starting line up should have been good enough to hammer Norwich, at 3-1 down that wasn't happening and was unlikely to be anytime soon.

We hadn't looked like getting a goal and that has nothing to do with shit defending but a midfield devoid of attacking ideas.
