Solid game. Gundo looking way, way better. KDB still off his game a bit. Rodri utterly world class. And finally, nice to see Mendy and Cancelo get a few minutes at the end.

Rodri was brilliant, kev was brilliant but rusty? Gundogan, in fact they all played really well, good to see mendy and cancelo get some game time, and jesus as he does worked like a mad man,
Rodri is class, and he’s only going to improve in the coming weeks and months. He looks like he’s already had his ‘acclimatising season’ with us already

Did what was necessary without being particularly impressive. Was always going to be a step or two above them tonight which makes it a missed opportunity to get some gametime into Garcia imo. Dinho had literally nothing to do, he’ll be tested far more at the weekend and in future.
Kdb or more precisely his final balls were well off the pace tonight, as was our finishing yet again. We should have scored a minimum of 5/6. Will Jesus ever learn to be onside? I think he thinks he’s playing futsal. Great to see Mendy back even if it was just a cameo. Praying he can stay injury free now, he desperately needs a full season.
