Please, please, please be very careful.

I was on these for four years due to chronic hip pain caused by Arthritis.

After I got a new hip it took four years to get off and that was only after I was referred to the Macc drug abuse unit who put me on buprenorphine to taper it down.
It was dreadful coming off it. High anxiety, sleeplessness, cramping, restless leg syndrome, night sweats.
Trying to come off tramadol itself was even worse.

Anyone who says this drug is not addictive is LYING.

You can still add 2×4 paracetamol if required. They work very well together, in my experience %)

This is true,tramadol 4hrly with paracetamol in the middle,works really well

Paracetamol is known to make opioids more effective.

It’s all about balance, I can do 48 hours with out sleep, drives me mad, 2 litres of gin a day used to knock me, not a long term solution mind, knew it was a problem when it went from bottles to litres.
