Interesting topic mentioned by John McDonald at the Labour Party Conference today. In praising Anneliese Dodds for her work on tax avoidance and tax evasion he said she "has found the 'magic money tree' in the Cayman Islands and is digging it up and bringing it home". It would be beyond hilarious if as a result the rags were ever exposed as serial tax cheats.
It's amazing how little focus there has been on their finances considering their total lack of transparency

Loved the way NW News tonight on the Beeb completely ignored the Rags weekend result. They are so shite they are becoming irrelevant!

I’d agree except that Chelsea and Everton and Wolves and obviously Watford are all more dire than I thought they’d be. I already assumed Leicester would be top 4 and I figure Spurs and Arsenal scrape through so that’s five with City and Victimland. I don’t think Bournemouth can keep up their form, nor Shef Utd so 6th seems up for grabs. Could be one of 5 or 6 clubs really, incl WHU (hopefully!) and including the rags. Eventually the VAR gods will help them . . .

If they get a couple more injuries they are in very big trouble...they already are without any real recognisable forwards now Rashford is injured )along with Martial)

any injury in the centre half department and they really are scrapping the bottom of the barrel

They were without any recognizable forwards before Martial and Rashford got injured, to be fair.

I heard on the news report that 18 months ago, TC's lost 1.5 billion in the financial year, so Utd are just amatuers, but we knew that, right!

Also TC have saleable assets, like a shit load of planes - Utd don't.
Do TC own the planes or lease them?

Back pages of todays papers full of Keane having a rant at the rags set up and saying Woodwoodwood needs to carry the can for failures and go - plus there is the rallying cry "we want trophies not money"
Meanwhile on the BBC Football gossip page ESPN are quoted that later today the rags will report record revenues north of £615m......three planks is going nowhere - he is fulfilling his brief for his employers - Keane needs to understand that.
