Prorogation - Judgment Day:10.30am Tuesday 24/9/19

I consider (some reletive chance?) he may be about to receive more symbolic stabs in the back than the last one that try'd to ceasa'r it like him. Some analysis i heard made sense when it argued that no cabinet member or backbencher would nessecarily jump to the defense of Bojo now, and issolated as he is then it's actually good timing for a new internal leadership struggle?

Et tu, Mogg?

Interesting idea but the frothing mad brexit nutters that are the tory membership will be fairly ok with what is going on.

However give it another month and he will be on his arse. He has to go one of 3 ways; get an extension, get forced by the courts to get an extension or resign. No getting round that pickle.

I need the company although Dumfries & Galloway is very much English money.
Truly the forgotten arse end of Scotland although its the most beautiful.
Queen Victoria said that the road from Creetown to Gatehouse of Fleet was the loveliest in her kingdom, and the way back a close second. We tried to follow in her carriage tracks once but the prevailing climatic conditions meant there was as usual a grave danger of being drowned from above.

I'm fifteen minutes away in a beautiful village, Bridge of Dee just outside of Castle Douglas.

The A75 as it follows the coast is stunning although her majesty would have had the pleasure of a far more relaxed ride on carriage without the Irish truckers going past at 95mph.

Another good reason for brexit, get the mad cunts off the A75!

No, the bars of the three countries (England and Wales counts as one) are limited to their own jurisdictions. So Lord Pannick could no more have appeared in the Court of Session than Joanna Cherry could have appeared in the Divisional Court.

The various offshore jurisdictions (eg Jersey, Guernsey, Gibraltar and the Isle of man) all have their own bars, and again English barristers do not have rights of audience in those courts.
Not sure you're strictly right about Jersey, mate. I'm pretty sure having a current BC practising certificate gives you rights of audience over there - at least that's what someone who's going to work over there told me last week!

Of course it was about brexit in the same way those that challenged it was all about remain and stopping brexit.

If proroguing parliament had guaranteed us remaining they would not have given a single fuck about our democracy and the leavers would have been the ones up in arms over it.

Honesty needs to work both ways over brexit.

I think we all know precisely what this has been about but seeing some remainers blub about democracy has been amusing to say the least. Thank god we have got democracy back from that horrid dictator BoJo pmsl.

That's no different to the here and now.
The thing is getting immigrants to work for next to nothing as locals won't, for all the menial work.

I presume that's why you want the 500,000 English in?

Not at all. I want people who will improve the country and for those who have to carry out these jobs to be paid a wage that reflects their necessity and gives people a decent life. People working hard in jobs that haven't the wow factor deserve a living wage well above the poverty level they are now. This can be achieved by securing corporate and personal tax that is avoided. Cutting expenditure on trident and getti g that to fuck and investing more in sustainable development and energy. It also depends for us to stay in our largest market and use all the turmoil to see that the EU does more to redistribute wealth and protects the people within it. We will never get anywhere near that under the Tories and their big business pals.

Back to bitter jock time again and i thought me and you had started to make things up?

Im.not bitter at all. I just wish he had adopted those things years ago. That's my problem. Poo pooing what we were trying g to do for years then at a stroke adopting them. Better late than never but I was a member of the labour party once. I didn't leave it because it was doing these things, rather by them trying to be Tories to appeal to middle England.

The only thing more staggering is Johnson’s flippant response. He still doesn’t understand the magnitude of the hole he is in.

I would think he does. He is most likely giving the impression it is no big deal and the legal system is pro-Remain. He would expect most of the masses to believe him. Sadly, they will.

But you cannot say the current leadership are trying to be Tories, can you?

Meanwhile the Remainiacs are bouncing off their padded walls
"You do live in the most Brexity town in England"
Unfortunately, yes. Full of inbred morons. Anyone with any brain left ages ago. My children wouldn’t stay.
I love this post. You're genuinely all fucking mental. Deluded. I can imagine being so resoundingly wrong is painful, but a bigger person would hold their hands up.

There is no deal ever going to be passed.

SNP wont vote for anything, neither will the lib dems and neither will a few Tories, those now independent and a sizeable chunk of the Labour party.

Not so sure. Quite a few Labour MPs would vote for what they regard as a suitable deal.

This whole thing is so poisonous, I just want it to end.

The dark forces are in overdrive now, who are the people funding the Miller hag
