Yeah, hence him being passed between Valencia, Inter and Juve - none of whom wanted to keep him beyond one season. He’s a great footballer technically, just not tactically, but he could still be very useful as a wingback or even a wide forward in the 4-3-3.

Did they really need to spend 60 mill on a right back? Would have been better ,putting that money towards a CB ,which was desperately needed.

Danilo wanted out and Cancelo cost us 30m. The money was there for a CB.

Can hardly blame Pep for thinking 3 CB, 2 auxiliary CB in Walker and Fernandinho with 2 of the best young CB in the world in THB and Garcia was not enough.
