In light of the new Maradona biopic, who else either now or in the past has a truly remarkable story to tell about their lives?

Say what you want about Maradona being a cheat etc. There is still no doubt that he has had a wild life with many factors that us regular folk find very interesting and entertaining.

So who else would you read or watch a biopic on and why?

Hoping for a few recommendations for people who've done some remarkable things that don't get the recognition that they deserve. (other than the city 100 points and domestic quadruple winning side's)

Just finished Simon Reeve - Step by Step. If you want an inspirational story you could do worse than starting here.

Eric Liddell, Olympian 1924 (Chariots of Fire). Principled athlete who wouldn't compete on a Sunday. Also Scotland R.U. wing three-quarter and later Christian missionary to China.

Biggest **** on the planet along with Katie Price.
Not interested in what they have done.

Flicking through amazon or netflicks came across a jack back film called the polka King. Based on the true story of Jan Lewandowski a Polish American who set up a ponzi scheme. Thought the film was mad but reading up on him looks like it was even madder.

Another interesting guy is Michel Cohen watched a documentary called 50 million dollar art swindle. As title says he swindled millions from art galleries and friends and went on the run and is still wanted in America. At one part of the interview he's asked if he feels guilty he shows no remorse as he still thinks he can pay people back. I find it fascinating what goes in in the mind of these people. Think it's still on iplayer

I posted a bit back about this book, I really would recommend it to anyone that wants to read a great book, inspirational and nothing like the normal travel book.

I found that documentary fascinating as well. When asked if he felt bad about the fraudulent things he did to borrow money he stated that it wasn't fraud and he only borrowed the money and will give it back. He will never be able to pay the money back, he is delusional.
