Even i will completely agree with this.

Vote on Saturday and if they say no tot he deal they need to revoke and call for a GE immediately.

A new parliament is needed to then get brexit done because it isn't going to go away until it is done.

Can't disagree with that either. Could happen as well.

Corbyn will vote against a general election. He just will.

Word on the street is no 2nd Ref amendment on Saturday. Preference is to see how it does and if it passes use SO24 or tag 2nd Ref on to subsequent vote on the Full text which would have to follow. If it fails then a much stronger chance of it passing so they are banking on a straight up failure.

Depends on the timing and any extension - he is not going to agree to one that shuts Parliament over a brexit deadline. We need an extension to accomodate one and that is where all his chips are.

His chips where all placed on the government failing to secure a deal.

He is literally fucked.

He refusal of a GE and VoNC is now biting him firmly on the arse.

Politically out manoeuvred.

No of course I respect that but if an extension happens due to this deal happening it's now or never

One thing that has been consistent with the DUP is that once they no that's it 3 times thus far total fruitcakes they do have principles and keeping the union together is there's. Accepting this deal would be a step down the part to the re unification of Ireland and they know it!!
They've voted against their electorate though and the UUP and Alliance have moved to outflank them on it. Dangerous territory for them, if the right noises are made I can see them accepting the loss and moving on. Has the Queen of No made any comment yet? If she hasn't I'd say they're nervous and waiting to see where the kite flies.

Not if he claims the credit for moving no deal off the table. Despite MCFC repeated 1632 times insistence, Johnson has backtracked at a rate of knots here and both Corbyn and Swinson can use it.

The backstop weaponised the border and right up till the last few days the weaponising of it continued.

Fuck me we even had men in balaclavas rolled out the other day.

That has been taken away despite assurance that it could and never would be, you remember that?

We have a deal with the backstop removed, the very thing that parliament 3 times said it could not stomach.

Should be happy days but im a realist and know full well that those that just wanted no deal off the table lied through their teeth and will now move the goalposts again.
Already started. A few already changing from being against no deal to wanting the people to gave a vote on any deal. The reality of course is they just want to remain. I actually think these idiots are more likely to accidentally trigger a no deal Brexit than the ERG are to do it deliberately.

I thought it is in there for saturday, lib dems proposed it as an amendment to queens speech.

You've got ahead of yourself. We should only call this a deal when it gets agreed by the HoC and the EU. If we ever get there then you're probably right.

Hence my comment about his chips. He thinks this will fail - I agree with him. The question is what then and calling a GE at that point will work better for him. He's taken a chance on what happens over the next 2 weeks.

We have a deal agreed between the government, Dublin and Brussels.

For 3 years the anti no deal lot have demanded just that.

If they now want to move the goal posts which they do and will then that is for them.

They can explain it at the next GE.
