Spurs goal WAS handball. He controls it with his top of his bicep. Even with my limited anatomical knowledge, that's part of the arm.

Not seen the Spurs goal, but it pisses me off that our goal against them gets disallowed and theirs today is ok when, by the sounds of it, has clearly hit an arm. The league/VAR is a joke.

VAR never overrules the ref on pens, thus far. So they have in fact be fucked over by the ref, not giving it in the first place.
