So, can anyone tell me what 'The Mandalorian' is about, so far?

Small bites of good stuff doesn't amount to a story...

Bounty Hunter gets a strange boounty request, which turns out to be a much-sought after (apparently) creature from Yoda's race.

Beforeigners is good it's about people popping up from the past through temporal portals in Sweden, subtitled but worth it.

I get that with the simplistic story line.

But, it just seems... empty. It looks great. It's got all the elements of the classic visually.

It feels like it's all fillers and no substance. But when a show is less than 30 mins, what can you ask for?

How does a show like 'Rick and Morty' manage it...?

Just finished watching Better call Saul on Netflix, love Bob Odenkirk and John Banks, excellent scriptwriting and character exploration with a strong believable story set in some remote locations in New Mexico.

I tried Guilty from BBC Scotland/BBC2 the other night on a recommendation, but have to admit after half an hour of episode 1 i'd lost the will.
Has anybody stuck with it? Apparently 3 of the 4 episodes have been shown so far
