The problem is the number 8s.

Silva is looking incredibly slow, his passing and touch are agricultural, none of the usual silky smoothness to them, and KDB just keeps hitting the first defender with his passes and crosses.

It's almost impossible to judge the others because with those two playing poorly it kills the whole team.

Stones going AWOL once again for the Newcastle goal.

Once again got dragged out instead of staying at centre half.

He will never learn.

Sloppy, laboured, indecisive, all the possession but look clueless with what to do with it.
Sloppy is the best way to describe that half.

It’s been quite awhile (even including this season) since I have counted that many misplaced or poorly conceived passes. It’s not that Newcastle are cutting them out, either — they are just bad passes.

De Bruyne is clearly looking at Mahrez and Mendy and thinking, City paid £115m for these two fucking idiots?

It's the exactly same performance as last season up there.

Asking for it.

We certainly didn't pay for this version of Mendy. That version of Mendy was good, and years ago. Injuries have most likely ruined him, like they'd ruin most players. Can't even blame Mendy. Just sheer bad luck.

Sorry blues anyone kind enough to send me a message with a stream.

Was suppose to go pub, but stuck at home looking after the kids!
