That's not why lefty Bob is posting his endless tripe though mate. He's desperately hoping for a Labour victory (doubtless he'll say a hung parliament, but I'm not having that - he's shown where his true allegiances lie, clear enough) and the ultimate revocation of Brexit. His campaign is not about the need for an FTA, or the merits or otherwise of Canada plus, or what have you. It's just endless anti-Brexit propaganda, re-running a debate that we've already had, and which he - and I - lost.

People need to accept they lost, and start looking positively forward so we can make the best of what we've got. It is not the end of the world, and in fact there are potential upsides. (Let's not debate them - I've stated them previously and doing so is pointless; upsides or none, we must leave.)

The absolute hypocrisy of this guy.

Do you not understand we have SOCIALISM in this country, at all??

You're hilarious!
Each and every time you get presented with any facts that counter your facile arguments you just keep screaming
for more, which you then get, then it's turned into an attack on the sources.
One last time, google Socialism, when you've read and understood exactly what it is, please feel free to revert back
to the day job of calling everyone racists, it's a more comfortable comfort zone.

Everything ...... Everything that benefits you and yours is as a result of a socialist policy ........ all the party that you support does is try and take it all away
Everything...everything that benefits me and mine has been a result of the country that I live in having private
enterprise to fund the services that provide those benefits.
Your party wants to destroy that enterprise.

What? You admit to spending days in an echo chamber not trying to change anyone's mind?

Leavers, Tories, disunite. Just admit Brexit is not going to be what it was cracked up to be. You have nothing to lose by engaging your brains.
Disingenuous twisting of the intent of my post Vic - again

Are you still hiding behind snide insinuations - or are you able to man up and state clearly what was your intent in previous posts

If you can man up - I will address your view

I'm not too sure about that. Not everyone is that selfish that they're averse to paying a bit more for more investment in public services. Myself for example, would be just out of the top tax bracket if the tories raise it to 80, but I'd be far happier taking home a bit less and seeing proper investment.
Send a cheque for an amount you feel appropriate to HMRC, they'll not refuse it.

Do you even know what hypocrisy is? It would appear not. It would be hypocritical of me to be saying people need to accept the referendum result and move on, had I myself not done so. But I have.

Way before any GE was even mooted, I came to the conclusion that this divisive issue cannot ever begin to go away unless and until we leave. It obviously took a lot of time and frustrated argument to the contrary before I had reluctantly to accept this but now I have.

There is bugger all hypocrisy in suggesting others need to do the same.

Your post should be directed to the ex Chancellor Gideon (George) Osborne who is the heir to the Osborne & Little (home furnishings) fortune who whilst Chancellor squirrelled his inheritance of £63 million away in the Cayman Islands earning 10% pa tax free.

Whats worse is that the Government of Caymans asked the UK for a bank bail out following the world wide financial crash of 2008. Gordon Brown agreed to that subject to the Cayman Banks disclosing the names of UK residents who had funds off shore. Cayman Government agreed but then the UK Government changed. Osborne dropped the demand but still gave them the bailout anyway.

The figure of £63 million was 2010 figures by the way.

Well done on posting something that has nothing to do whatsoever with what I was on about :-)

And I watched QT and Tice (who is a complete arse by the way) stated that CT cuts had resulted in increased revenue. They have.
So why has Johnson scrapped the planned further cut in order to save £6bn?
