I’m absolutely guilty of it but I always get told to stop or thread banned, I don’t do it unprovoked either.

He was openly calling people stupid every single post.
I think a few people didn’t really cover themselves in any glory last night tbh.

But they're not a "socialist" country in the sense you want it to mean.

I'd rather you didn't waste your time, no.

In what sense do you mean?

There is never going to be a perfect socialist country even Corbyn's wouldn't be and I wouldn't want it to be.

It's about having some socialist values and but it bluntly not being cunts you small things that we should take for granted like.

Being seen in A & E within 2 hours
Schools not having to cut there week just to make ends meet
Not having 1.5 million people relying on foodbanks
Not having punitive welfare scheme that's seen 100k's of people die every year
People getting treated for cancer without getting worse or dying

Just small things Metal you might disagree with them all but they were all possible way back in 2010

You weren't keen on my flippant response so here are my reasons as to why we will leave the EU with a trade deal on 31st December 2020:

1. The lack of trust in politicians. Remain politicians promised to "Respect" the Leave vote. The politicians did nothing of the sort, "Losers Consent" was withdrawn and "Respect" turned into doing everything possible to stop Brexit. This threatens the very basis of democracy in this country. Even though I am Eurosceptic, and voted Remain, the mendacity of the Remainer position is unacceptable. We have to leave or democracy in this country is done.Leave so we can easily rejoin is the only acceptable "Remain" position, but no, that was not good enough. The mantra (to Leavers) is that Leavers are thick and can be ignored.
2. The Tory Party realised that it was done if this situation continued, thus Boris was elected leader and everything is geared to actually respecting the Leave vote.
3. A deal is far better than WTO exit, but delay will, be seen as backsliding so deadlines have been set to deliver Leave and regain the trust of Leave voters.
4. Barnier said himself that 80% of the deal, including FTA, was done back in 2018. Now the last 20% takes 80% of the time but even so. Even so a lot of it is already done.
https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2018/jul/10/eu-michel-barnier-brexit-deal-four-fifths-agreed
5. The deadline set by Boris will not be missed. Trust has to be restored. Even if the FTA is basic, it will be delivered. Anything else would be pushed forward post basic deal. If agreement on a better deal is close, ONLY a temporary WTO Article 24 will be acceptable to the UK to delay.
6. Any other delay that would result in a better long term FTA will be seen as provarication or betrayal that would harm Tory chances at future elections.
7. EU attempts to delay will be seen as provarication. In my opinion, this and a refusal to enact a WTO Article 24 temporary deal is the ONLY way a WTO Brexit can occur.

I am not sure where this blind faith in a serial liar comes from but when the experts are all saying its not possible then it usually isn't which ever way you want to dress it up. If Johnson was prepared to take a more flexible approach he might have a chance but he won't and I am only looking at the character of this man he doesn't give a fuck about anyone apart from himself.

Quick off the blocks, you aren't ya.

Kind of feel that this election is mired in denial. Denial of the issues on NHS, social care, the homeless. Denial about Brexit and what it means - today being a classic example with NI and our own internal trade now being partly governed by the EU, and denial that our own Govt is simply lying on these issues and the current PM is avoiding any scrutiny with ex Tory ministers spiking Johnson by saying it’s the right thing for him to do because it will show a man out of his depth if he did the interviews.

And now you have an ex Tory PM urging voters not to vote Tory.

Strange times.

Yep...
Denial that there isn't a cat in hells chance of Labour's spending plans NOT effecting everyone's wealth.
Denial that the UK economy will crash and burn should Labour win the election.
Denial that 17.4m voted leave, won a referendum and want the result of that referendum implemented.
Denial that the Labour Party is institutionally antisemite.
Denial that the leader of the Labour Party is an antisemite.

We can play that game too.

Here we go

Advantages of Brexit. Reduced Vat on tampons. Freeports (which the Tories stopped).

Is that it?
