Otamendi still has those errors in him, like every game that always give me worry. But Stones has those too and Otamendi is better in other aspects.

Personally Otamendi minus the errors is a legit world class CB. He's a defensive monster statistically. That's why he always ranked at the top on those CIES reports.

I rate him but what you said is exactly what’s worrying. He has a brain fart basically every game, everything else about him is fantastic.

You saw it in the beginning of this half, he thinks he has way more time on the ball than he actually does and puts himself under pressure for no reason... and he did it twice from 45-50 mins.
