I am sorry but that is nonsense.
Foden has 250 minutes of PL football so far this season while Sancho is ripping apart Bundesliga second season in a row and guess what if United, Chelsea would sign him up he would start week in week out in PL too.
Thought Sanchoo is a year older actually than Foden, but no only 2 months older was born in March 2000 while Foden in May 2000. Both turn 20 in a couple of weeks...

We forget now, but Foden was clearly superior 18 months ago. There is no way this isn't eating at Foden. With this being his second season he has basically proved he isn't a 1 season player.
That being said a few things are going for him:
1) Dortmund play a very high attacking football and risk alot going forward, this benefits Sancho, the downside is that Dortmund also concede alot
2) The Bundesliga this season (and last) seems to be more open, as in teams aren't really sitting back as much as they use to, they are going after the big teams, this is why there are so many goals, for comparison:
Bundesliga: 3.25 goals per match ------> in fact beats Eredivisie's 3.21 goals per match
Premier League: 2.79 goals per match
La Liga: 2.59 goals per match
All this isn't to say Sancho isn't having a great (or phenomenal) season, but just to put some things into perspective as Werner and Lewandowski are also not coincidentally having record breaking seasons. I'd still love to have him back, but not realistic imo.
