And it can be transmitted during that stage,,,so in effect the data released on affected people could be two weeks out of date and indeed we could already be looking at over 1000 people in this country with the virus but not yet identified

so we were on a low warning and now have jumped up to moderate,these are educated people well you would think so,the country should be on high alert of a possible epidemic cos thats were its going,,maybe they dont want to panic people into mass shopping etc,if it gets realy bad in china killing people then we are only 2/3 weeks behind them
