Damages demanded from ‘unlawful’ Uefa court documents reveal as reported by The Times

https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/...commendation-court-documents-reveal-30rw9v5tf

Who do you think leaked the confidential information to the New York Times?

Which clubs have had the most to `loose` from the competition from City?

Which clubs have or had their own members influencing and serving on UEFA bodies?

The CAS findings describe the alleged leaking of information about the proceedings against Manchester City as “worrisome” and added: “It puzzles the panel how the CFCB Chief Investigator could be so confident to ‘vehemently reject [MCFC’s] allegations of unlawful activities’ but dismissed the club’s claim that Uefa’s finance bodies could no longer deal with the case impartially”.

To save me the effort of working out what that fuckwit Harris is talking about, can you let me know what that fuckwit Harris is talking about?!

Among intriguing aspects of ongoing "new" FFP case is if not "settled" between UEFA & City privately (and confidentially), any appeal at CAS would end with every spit & cough of what was alleged (and proven or not), in a CAS doc like today's, but MUCH bigger.

In short: various MCFC appeals that, in effect, sought to halt or disrupt the "new" UEFA FFP case against them, were all ruled inadmissable.

Which isn't new information , but he sure gets a kick out of it
