Thats quite an interesting read. From it I take a few points

1) UEFA have a number of lawyers and a former prime minister on their committee -
Uefa’s CFCB adjudicatory chamber, which is chaired by José Narciso da Cunha Rodrigues, a former general prosecutor in Portugal and judge at the European Court of Justice, and includes a leading British barrister Charles Flint Qc

2) City's in house lawyer Simon Cliff- "that he would not accept a financial sanction for exceeding the permitted €45m loss in 2012 and 2013, would rather spend 30 million on the 50 best lawyers in the world to sue Uefa for the next 10 years.”

we all know there are holes in the process but this isn't as black and white as I first thought - I hope the club challenges the ruling like Milan did and get it down to one year but I fear if they take this on it could get worse.

Headline in the Daily Mail by Ian Herbert..
"Grubby club with under the table dealings"

Another shithouse coming out of the woodwork.

Are UEFA holding back so they can charge us again for 2016-2020?[/QUOTE]

I think City were self funding from 2016 onwards?

I see that the ever impartial BBC leader Dan Roan has started re-tweeting poisonous attacks on this forum by that well known bastion of the truth Nick Harrris. It's great to see our tax money being used well by the man who mocked the owner of Leicester City just hours after he died in a helicopter crash but still kept his job. Roan's twitter feed tells you everything that is wrong with the biased BBC.

Hope he finds his mate "Herbs" hanging out the back of his wife.

Then as he chases him out of the house into the road he gets hit by a fucking bus!

****!
