I'm at the point now where I don't care if we're in it or not, if we win the case or not, I just want us to take this all the way and by that I mean bring the whole stinking edifice down on the lot of the corrupt fuckers, also want us to name names.

What's the worst outcome we can reasonably expect?

I'd say it would be that CAS doesn't rule against UEFA but makes one season a suspended ban. So would a one season CL ban destroy everything our owner has done to date and prevent him from taking the club further forward? I can't see that it would.

Obviously a more preferable outcome would be that UEFA loses comprehensively on every point and FFP bites the dust but I'm not banking on that.
I still think a one year ban seems the most likely scenario personally. I know people say that we won’t accept that, and we probably won’t in the sense that we’ll try to challenge it in an actual court, but seems a plausible outcome.

This man is on the UEFA Executive Committee

Yet Soriano was blocked from being appointed. Given that UAE and Qatar do not get on is it too far-fetched to suggest there may be some high-level politics at play here? UEFA (along with FIFA) seem to have made their bed with the Qataris. Looks set for a titanic legal clash given the interests on our side (Chinese and US investment) I hope we drag them through the mud and fully expose the blatant protection racket that is FFP.

No, missing out for 1 year wouldn't kill us. However it means we'll have been found guilty so we'll be tarnished forever. Also the club have been very clear that they won't accept a punishment, so a 1 year ban will be the start of a bigger battle
