No, if you read the legal side you’ll find out that yes, they are UEFA’s rules and we signed up to them, but once they act in a manner where they are also judge, jury and executioner it then becomes something completely different and can be challenged.

How any man, with any dignity and more than anything, allegiance to Manchester City FC can stand up and say there isn’t an agenda against our football club, is not a blue in my eyes. I’m sorry, but that’s how I see it.

Those people who are sitting on the fence and still trying to defend there point after what has gone on in the last week is do gooding. Simple as that. Fucking do gooders trying to prove something that doesn’t exist.

UEFA have fucked themselves here. The strength of the punishment is going to cause them some serious pain. It is the final swing of a beaten boxer.

When this is all done it will be as significant as the BOSMAN ruling and it will be clear as day the agenda that is currently in operation against this incredible football club.

We will win. And when we do it will be better for football right across the board.

The cartel will be disrupted but they will have a chance to win just like everyone else because it will be a fair and level playing field.

First time round they change the rules after we submitted Then then eased the rules after we we settled Now they want to do us again ignoring their own protocol and procedures The chief investigator decided to ignore his own commission independent analysis of PSG’s sponsorship that valued it at £5m and accept PSG’s consultants value of £95m even the head of the regulatory chamber was so aghast he sent the recommendation back So yes we signed up but UEFA have a duty as a commercial organisation to treat everyone club equal
