I think the dirt dishing is important in establishing the context here - our enemies have accused us whilst similarly being guilty of all manner of misdemeanours. How can the likes of Real Madrid sit in judgement when they have taken numerous state subsidies. For those who watched Yes Minister - there’s an important principle of playing the man - which we will undertake to maximum effect.
