I’ve had a final day of eating shit and drinking today. Finished work at 14:00 and came home to drink some MACKSON Stout (Tesco were out of Guinness) and on a bottle of wine now.
But this weekend I’m switching everything off, will just listen to some tunes and watch some films but also start a plan of how to train without going to the gym and going to batch cook some meals.
Maybe it’ll make me less paranoid!

Even farmacia allows only one at a time in shop with 1 meter gaps outside shop.
Mobile police checks mainly on roundabouts randomly checking vehicles for 1 person and rechecking on way back that reason for journey was legal ( ie food bank or medical).
