Heartbroken.

Me and my ex have just made the unbelievably difficult decision for my 6 year old son not to stay with me until this blows over.

I normally have him for 3 days a week but he lives in Hulme and I live in Oldham. I don't drive(I use the tram) and we both feel it's just too risky. Just spent a couple of hours with him and I fear it could be a while before I see him again
If only all children had such loving and sensible fathers. You have done the best thing for him mate.

no masks ,no proper clothing,no ventilators, but we have great financial help though, well acording to the great Boris, after losing my income decided to apply for universal credit online, at the end of completing the nightmare form i was then told to ring up and book an appointment at my job centre to show proof of id so they can pay me, over 3 hours waiting for tenm to pick up,so ive given up
Friend of mine did this other day, said he had an option of not showing Id, which then led him to a make sure your claim is valid as id will be needed in the future.

I have my immunotherapy on the 7th, I really hope they don’t cancel. I can still go can’t I if I’m careful ?

On the link in the text it says:

What should you do if you have hospital and GP appointments during this period?
We advise everyone to access medical assistance remotely, wherever possible. However, if you have a scheduled hospital or other medical appointment during this period, talk to your GP or specialist to ensure you continue to receive the care you need and determine which of these are absolutely essential.

That's difficult. At least you know that there almost no chance that he's in danger.

The situation in Spain isn't gonna get better any time soon. My best mate here is an A+E doctor and he just said the hospital he works in in Valencia is over full and cannot cope. Fallas was cancelled two weeks ago which is probably the cause of the current spike in the area.

It feels very surreal my work mate has just dropped of some food, he was wearing mask, and latex gloves, knocked on the door and stood back. I waved through the window and the money was left by the door. Once he was a good 30 yds away I stood by the door and said thanks etc....I bet the sight of him has scared the neighbours !
